Hiring for International Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle international customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
• Provide professional support to customers across international markets.
• Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues efficiently.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
• Update customer information and interactions in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of queries.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational or night shifts.
• Freshers can apply; international BPO experience is an advantage.
