Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide timely, professional support through calls, emails and other communication channels.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding orders, products, delivery schedules and service requests.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, production, logistics and quality, to resolve customer concerns.
• Track customer orders and provide regular updates on order status and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate customer records, order details and service-related documentation.
• Handle complaints, identify issues and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure resolution.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or reporting manager.
• Prepare regular reports on customer enquiries, complaints and resolution status.
• Ensure professional communication and adherence to company service standards.

Pay

₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
