- Responsibilites
- Make outbound calls to customers/leads
- Explain products/services to clients
- Follow up with existing \& new customers
- Maintain call records \& customer data
- Maintain daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, receipts \& payments)
- Coordinate with clients for payments
- Support senior accountant with reports \& documentation
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer \& data entry skills
- Confident \& polite telephone manner
- Ability to handle customer queries
