Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Manager (Collection Specialist) to manage end-to-end medical billing, collections, and revenue cycle activities for our UK healthcare clients. The role combines accurate invoicing, proactive debt recovery, and patient/insurer communication, with strict adherence to UK healthcare billing.

Role \& responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance claims and patient queries
• Provide customer service to patients, addressing their concerns and queries professionally.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility, policy coverage, and benefits.
• Ability to handle difficult customer interactions professionally.
• Analyze and resolve complex insurance-related issues.
• Generate \& Send accurate invoice to patients , insurance companies.
• Identify \& resolve billing discrepencies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in medical billing, RCM, or collections for international (preferably UK) healthcare clients preferred.
• Strong communication skills (voice inbound/outbound and emails).
• Comfortable working in UK shift hours.
• Minimum 1+ year of international collections experience (US, UK) is required
• Proficiency in MS Office

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
