About the Role

We are looking for an Integration \& Deployment Engineer to manage the implementation, deployment, and integration of our SaaS product for clients. The candidate will assist clients with technical queries, troubleshoot product-related issues, and ensure smooth deployment and ongoing product usage.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Java, PostgreSQL, and Python, along with strong problem-solving and client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the installation, configuration, integration, and deployment of the SaaS product for clients.
• Assist clients in integrating the product with their existing systems and applications.
• Handle client queries related to product functionality, configuration, and technical issues.
• Troubleshoot application, database, and integration-related issues using Java, Python, and PostgreSQL.
• Write and execute basic Python scripts to support troubleshooting, automation, and deployment activities.
• Work with PostgreSQL databases to perform basic queries, validate data, and investigate database-related issues.
• Understand Java-based application workflows and assist in resolving application-level issues.
• Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and technical walkthroughs for clients.
• Coordinate with the development and product teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain deployment documentation, troubleshooting guides, and client support records.
• Track and resolve support requests within defined timelines and SLAs.
• Provide post-deployment support and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in SaaS deployment, application support, product implementation, or technical support.
• Working knowledge of Java, Python, and PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of SQL queries, database troubleshooting, and data validation.
• Familiarity with APIs, application configuration, and system integration.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and API testing tools such as Postman.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of Linux commands, application logs, and deployment processes.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as Jira, Zoho Desk, or Freshdesk.

A technically skilled and customer-focused professional who can manage SaaS product deployment, work with Java, Python, and PostgreSQL, resolve technical issues, and provide end-to-end support to clients.
