About the Role

MS Realtors India is looking for an experienced and ambitious AGM – Sales to lead and scale our sales team.

We are looking for someone who is not just capable of managing a team, but has the vision, leadership mindset, ownership and execution ability to build a high-performing sales team and deliver measurable business results.

This role is ideal for a sales professional who wants to take ownership, challenge themselves and prove their capabilities through team performance, revenue growth and consistent results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and business growth.
• Set clear targets for the team and ensure consistent achievement.
• Monitor team performance, conversion ratios, follow-ups and sales pipelines.
• Train, mentor and improve the performance of sales executives and managers.
• Identify gaps in the sales process and implement effective solutions.
• Work closely with management to develop and execute growth strategies.
• Build a strong performance-driven sales culture within the team.
• Take ownership of team productivity, closures and overall sales performance.
• Analyse sales data and provide regular performance reports to management.
• Recruit and develop strong sales talent whenever required.
• Handle important clients and support the team in closing high-value deals.

What We Are Looking For

• 5–8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in Real Estate or a target-driven industry.
• Proven experience in team handling and sales leadership.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, lead conversion and closing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under targets and pressure while maintaining team performance.
• A visionary and growth-oriented mindset with strong ownership.
• Someone who takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions.
• A result-oriented professional who can prove their capabilities through numbers, team performance and business results.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to build, motivate and retain a high-performing sales team.

Compensation \& Incentives

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

Along with the fixed salary, the selected candidate will be eligible for attractive performance-based incentives linked to individual and team achievements.
