Senior Operations Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Operations Manager to lead production, procurement, inventory, training and logistics. The person will ensure that materials are available, production runs efficiently and customer orders are delivered on time while maintaining quality and controlling costs.

This role requires someone comfortable working directly with site teams, vendors and transporters, taking ownership of daily execution and building processes that support growth.

Qualifications \& Skills

• Prior Experience in Hydroponics and or managing setups (Non Mandatory)
• Preferably graduate from any Agri Institute
• 5 years of experience in food production, hydroponics, dairy farming, or agribusiness operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a semi-skilled workforce.
• Project Management \& People Management Skills
