Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Fresh \& Handmade Pasta Chef with expertise in authentic Italian pasta preparation. The candidate should have hands-on experience in making fresh pasta from scratch, working with traditional Italian techniques, preparing sauces, and maintaining consistent quality, taste, and presentation.

The ideal candidate should understand Italian culinary traditions, dough preparation, pasta shaping, and the importance of using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Key Responsibilities

Fresh Pasta Preparation

• Prepare fresh pasta dough from scratch using flour, semolina, eggs, and other authentic ingredients.
• Make different varieties of handmade pasta, including
• Tagliatelle
• Pappardelle
• Fettuccine
• Ravioli
• Tortellini
• Gnocchi
• Lasagna sheets
• Spaghetti and other pasta varieties.
• Operate pasta machines, cutters, rollers, and other pasta-making equipment.
• Maintain the correct dough consistency, thickness, texture, and shape.
• Prepare stuffed pasta with appropriate fillings, including cheese, vegetables, and other ingredients.
