About the Role

MS Realtors India is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Team Leader to lead and manage our sales team.

The ideal candidate should have strong real estate sales experience, team-handling skills and a proven ability to achieve targets through a team.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving daily sales activities, monitoring team performance, helping team members convert leads into site visits and ultimately driving successful closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of real estate sales executives.
• Set and communicate daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for the team.
• Monitor team performance, calling, follow-ups, site visits and closures.
• Distribute and manage leads effectively among team members.
• Guide team members in handling leads and converting prospects.
• Support the team in client negotiations and important closures.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Train and mentor team members to improve their sales and communication skills.
• Track lead follow-ups and ensure no genuine lead is left unattended.
• Analyse individual and team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure proper CRM/lead-sheet updates and accurate reporting.
• Coordinate with the marketing team regarding lead quality and campaign performance.
• Help the team achieve monthly revenue and booking targets.
• Handle escalated client queries and assist sales executives whenever required.
• Recruit and help build a strong sales team as the business grows.
• Maintain a positive, disciplined and performance-driven team environment.

What We Are Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably with team-handling experience.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
• Strong understanding of real estate sales, lead conversion and closing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Gurugram/NCR real estate market will be an advantage.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving results.
• Ability to analyse team performance and take corrective actions.
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong follow-up and team coordination abilities.
• Someone who takes ownership and leads by example.
• Candidates with a proven record of achieving team targets will be preferred.

Salary \& Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Along with the fixed salary, the selected candidate will receive attractive performance-based incentives based on team and individual performance.
