MIS Executive

About the Role

SGT University is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as an Executive – Internal Audit \& MIS.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct departmental, operational, financial and compliance audits as per the approved audit plan.
• Assist in preparing audit scopes, checklists and audit reports.
• Identify gaps, discrepancies, irregularities and areas of non-compliance and report observations to seniors.
• Conduct surprise checks related to inventory and financial activities across departments such as Transport, Mess and Hostel.
• Coordinate with departments for MIS collection, validation and analysis.
• Analyse departmental data and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Maintain proper documentation of audit observations, corrective actions and resolutions.
• Prepare concise reports and presentations for management.
• Participate in committee meetings and coordinate with various departments.
• Support management in identifying opportunities for process improvement and strengthening internal controls.

Candidate Profile

MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com + MBA Finance preferred.

2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Process Audit, Finance Audit, Compliance, MIS or Internal Controls.

Candidates with experience in the University/Education sector will be preferred.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, data analysis and reporting.

Good analytical, communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality and coordinate effectively with multiple departments.

Willingness to conduct field/departmental checks as required.

Pay

₹11,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
