Profile- Sales / Ops Executive/ Consultant Travels Desk.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end travel operations including flight, hotel, and transportation bookings.
• Provide consultancy and support to clients on travel-related queries and best options.
• Collaborate with suppliers, airlines, and travel agencies to negotiate the best rates.
• Process travel bookings efficiently, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
• Assist in managing and updating the travel desk system and ensuring all bookings are logged and tracked.
• Work closely with the sales team to offer tailored travel packages to clients.
• Monitor travel trends and market conditions to provide relevant recommendations to clients.
• Handle travel emergencies and changes, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel policies, trends, and regulations.
