CNC & VMC Machine Operator

Qualification

Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare CNC/VMC programs from 2D drawings

• Set up and operate VMC machines

• Machine setting, tool offsets and prove-out

• Read engineering drawings and GD\&T

• Ensure quality and optimize cycle time

• First-piece inspection and program modification

• Coordinate with Production, Quality and Engineering

• Routine maintenance and housekeeping

Required Skills

• VMC Programming \& Operation

• SolidWorks

• Machining processes, cutting tools, fixtures

• Engineering drawings, GD\&T and tolerances

• Independent setup and production handling
