About this job
- Operate and maintain computer systems, software, and office equipment.
- Enter, update, and maintain company data and records accurately.
- Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, reports, documents, and MIS reports.
- Handle data entry, document processing, scanning, printing, and filing.
- Maintain proper records of daily transactions, attendance, and other required information.
- Check data for accuracy and correct errors when required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as instructed by management.
- Manage and organize digital and physical documents systematically.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Projects, and other departments for data and documentation requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of computer, printer, scanner, and other office equipment.
- Use MS Office applications such as MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned computer and documentation work.
- Perform any other computer-related tasks assigned by the management.
