Well-established computer training institute in East Delhi, providing career-focused courses in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, we are looking for a confident, and target-oriented Educational Counsellor who can handle student enquiries and convert them into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and walk-in students.
• Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
• Explain course structure, fees, duration and career opportunities.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
• Maintain enquiry and admission records in CRM.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Build a positive relationship with students and parents.
• Counsel students regarding career-oriented skill courses.
• Coordinate with the academic and admission teams.
• Maintain regular follow-up with old and pending enquiries.
