Key Responsibilities

• Question Paper \& Exam Formatting: Type, format, and align question papers, checking fonts, margins, numbering, marks, tables, graphs, and mathematical/science equations. \[1]
• Academic \& Teaching Materials: Design and layout student worksheets, homework assignments, study guides, and syllabus booklets. \[1]
• School Communications: Create and format circulars, parent notices, event brochures, school newsletters, and invitation cards. \[1]
• Proofreading \& Corrections: Review content for spelling, grammar, and layout consistency based on inputs from teachers and department heads. \[1]
• Print \& File Management: Handle Word-to-PDF conversions, print production, scanning, and maintain organized digital archives of all school documents. \[1]
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict secrecy regarding examination papers and sensitive institutional data
