Computer Operator

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Computer Operator to handle daily service operations at our LG Service Center. You will be responsible for logging customer complaints, dispatching calls to technicians, updating job statuses, and maintaining daily service reports on the computer system.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry \& Portal Management: Accurately enter incoming customer service leads, complaints, and job details into the service CRM software.

Dispatch \& Assignment: Assign and dispatch service jobs to field technicians based on location and availability.

Technician Communication: Maintain constant coordination with field technicians regarding daily call allocations, spare part updates, and call status.

Call Closure: Follow up with technicians to verify completed jobs, update call closure statuses in the portal, and record customer feedback.

Reporting

Prepare daily and weekly summaries of open, pending, and closed service leads.

Requirements \& Qualifications

Education

Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2\) or Graduate in any field.

Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email, and web browser applications. Fast typing speed with good accuracy. Communication: Clear communication skills in Hindi (Local language) and basic working knowledge of English. Attributes: Good multitasking skills, polite telephone etiquette, and ability to handle high daily call volumes.
