Area Sales Manager - DSA Home Loan

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead our Direct Selling Agent (DSA) channel for Home Loans.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, motivating, and managing a team of DSAs to achieve aggressive sales targets within a designated territory.

This role requires a strong understanding of the home loan market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in channel sales and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share through the DSA channel for home loan products.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and train new Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to build a robust and high-performing sales network.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and motivation to DSAs on product knowledge, sales processes, and customer service excellence.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of DSAs, providing regular feedback and implementing corrective actions to ensure target achievement.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with DSAs, fostering trust and loyalty to maximize their productivity.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities, understand competitor activities, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Ensure all sales activities and DSA operations comply with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as credit, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery and support for DSAs and customers.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by DSAs or customers promptly and effectively.
• Organize and participate in promotional activities, roadshows, and events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
