Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate relevant tender opportunities.
- Prepare and submit tender documents in line with client requirements.
- Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and submission deadlines.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Technical teams to gather necessary information.
- Assist in pricing, cost estimation, and proposal preparation.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tender documents.
- Maintain tender records and track submission status and outcomes.
- Share regular updates and reports with management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in tender management and submissions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- IT industry experience will be an added advantage.

- ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
