Client Relationship Manager - Immediate Hiring - Greater Noida

Studio Covers is a premium home textiles brand (30+ years of heritage, 500+ hotel clients) growing across D2C, retail, and hospitality. We’re hiring a Client Relationship Manager to look after our hotel, resort, spa, corporate gifting and premium clients.

What you’ll do

• Be the single point of contact for hotels, resorts, spas, corporate gifting clients and retail stores
• Nurture long-term relationships with regular check-ins, personal touches and timely follow-ups
• Support the sales lead with proposals, samples, quotes and follow-ups on new corporate leads
• Drive repeat orders and larger order values from your accounts
• Look after our high-value customers with an attentive, personal touch
• Support our trade program with interior designers and architects
• Coordinate with the dispatch and purchase teams so client orders ship on time
• Maintain a CRM or sheet of accounts, conversations and next steps

What we’re looking for

• 2-3 years in client servicing, account management or B2B coordination (hospitality, corporate gifting, home or lifestyle preferred)
• Polished written and spoken English; presentable and confident with senior clients
• Warm, proactive and persistent with follow-ups
• Organised: tracks accounts and next steps without being chased
• Based in Noida/Greater Noida, willing to work from our office in Ecotech-6, Greater Noida
• Compensation: fixed salary plus incentive on repeat orders and order value

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
