The Artarium is a premium home décor brand offering thoughtfully designed products that bring style, creativity, and character to modern spaces. We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive who can represent our brand professionally and create a warm, premium shopping experience for every customer.

Role Overview

We are looking for a well-groomed, confident, and customer-friendly Store Executive with a positive personality and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, presenting products, and contributing to store sales and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional approach.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home décor products.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and product benefits.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure a premium shopping experience.
• Handle billing, POS operations, cash/card payments, and basic documentation.
• Maintain proper product display, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the backend/store team for inventory requirements.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and basic complaints professionally.
• Maintain daily sales and store operation reports.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth store functioning.

• Retail, luxury retail, home décor, fashion, lifestyle, or hospitality experience will be an advantage.
