Customer Care Executive – US Restaurant Order Taking (Voice Process)
Gurgaon \| On-site \| Night Shift (1 AM – 10 AM)
What You’ll Do
- Handle US customer calls for food orders
- Ensure accuracy \& customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Min. 1 yr in International Voice Process (BPO preferred)
- Fresher also can apply with excellent comms.
- Excellent English communication
- Graduate/Undergraduate eligible
- Comfortable with night shifts
