Brand Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Brand Manager with a strong background in the alcobev industry to lead brand development, marketing strategies, and brand positioning. The ideal candidate should have expertise in the alcoholic beverage market and a WSET certification in wines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Manage brand positioning, product launches, and brand visibility across relevant channels.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer trend assessments.
• Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, agencies, and hospitality partners to drive brand growth.
• Plan and execute brand activations, events, and trade marketing initiatives.
• Monitor brand performance, marketing budgets, and campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure brand communication and marketing activities align with company objectives and applicable industry regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in brand management within the alcobev industry.
• WSET certification in Wines is preferred; candidates with Level 2 or higher will be given preference.
• Strong understanding of wine, spirits, consumer behaviour, and the alcoholic beverage market.
• Excellent communication, analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay

₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
