ADMISSION MANAGER (OUTREACH)

Locations

Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Rajasthan, Bihar, Jharkhand \& North East

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage admission outreach activities across the assigned region.
• Develop relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, counsellors and other education partners.
• Plan and execute seminars, career counselling sessions, school visits and admission campaigns.
• Generate admission leads and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
• Manage and guide the outreach/admission team in the assigned territory.
• Track targets, daily activities, leads and admissions through regular MIS/reporting.
• Travel extensively within the assigned region for institutional tie-ups and outreach activities.

Qualification \& Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Marketing, Education or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in admissions, education sales, outreach, counselling or business development.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and team-management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned locations.
• Candidates with strong contacts/network in the education sector will be preferred.
