We are looking for an experienced and professional Cook/Chef for a private residence.

Requirements

• Minimum 7–10 years of cooking experience
• Preference for candidates with experience in a 4-Star or 5-Star Hotel
• Must have strong knowledge of Indian, North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, Continental and other cuisines
• Should be able to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, soups, salads, desserts and special dishes
• Should know vegetarian and non-vegetarian cooking
• Must be capable of preparing restaurant/hotel-quality food at home
• Good knowledge of food presentation, hygiene, kitchen cleanliness and food storage
• Should be able to plan daily meals and manage kitchen requirements
• Must be professional, disciplined, hygienic and reliable
