Commis Chef – Indian Cuisine

DCDP / CDP / Sous Chef

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and cooking of Indian dishes, curries, gravies, rice and snacks.
• Complete daily mise-en-place as per kitchen requirements.
• Follow standard recipes, portion sizes and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene and cleanliness at the workstation.
• Follow proper FIFO/FEFO, food storage and labeling procedures.
• Assist senior chefs during food preparation and service.
• Minimize food wastage and use ingredients properly.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Follow all food safety and company SOPs.
• Perform other kitchen duties assigned by DCDP/CDP/Sous Chef.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in Indian Cuisine preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Indian cooking and kitchen operations.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy service hours.

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
