Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review \& negotiate franchise, commercial and business agreements.
- Manage retail leases, licenses \& property compliance.
- Handle labour \& employment matters and statutory compliance.
- Manage litigation, arbitration and legal disputes.
- Advise on regulatory compliance and maintain legal documentation \& SOPs.
- Identify legal risks and advise senior management to protect company interests.
- Coordinate with external lawyers, consultants, landlords and authorities.
Candidate Criteria
- 3–5 years of relevant legal experience
- LLB / LLM qualification
- Strong contract drafting \& negotiation skills
- Knowledge of commercial, property \& labour laws
- Litigation/dispute management experience preferred
- Strong communication \& analytical skills
