Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Electrician with knowledge of electrical panels, DG sets, and HVAC systems to manage the day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and smooth functioning of electrical and utility equipment across our outlets and kitchen facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical equipment, wiring, lighting, and power supply systems.
• Inspect, operate, and maintain electrical panels, MCBs, MCCBs, and distribution boards.
• Monitor DG set operations and perform basic maintenance, including routine checks of fuel, oil, battery, and other essential components.
• Handle basic maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment breakdowns and operational disruptions.
• Identify electrical faults and coordinate with external technicians or service providers for major repairs.
• Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and follow proper lockout/tagout procedures where applicable.
• Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies at outlets and cloud kitchen facilities.
• Coordinate with Operations and Management to ensure uninterrupted outlet operations.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in hotels, restaurants, QSRs, cloud kitchens, or commercial facilities.
• Practical knowledge of electrical panels, DG sets, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to identify faults, perform basic repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and maintenance tools.
• Willingness to travel between company outlets as required.
