International Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced International Recruiter with an established network of active recruitment agents and a proven track record in blue-collar manpower recruitment for overseas placements. The candidate must be capable of sourcing skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers through agent networks and managing the recruitment process from sourcing to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand an active network of overseas recruitment agents, local manpower suppliers, and sourcing partners.
• Recruit blue-collar workers for international placements, including construction workers, electricians, plumbers, welders, technicians, drivers, helpers, cleaners, and other trades.
• Source candidates through agents, referrals, job portals, and local recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, trade requirements, and employer specifications.
• Coordinate trade tests, interviews, document verification, and candidate shortlisting.
• Manage recruitment pipelines and ensure timely fulfillment of international manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with agents, employers, and internal teams regarding documentation, visa processing, medicals, and deployment.
• Negotiate recruitment terms and maintain strong relationships with active sourcing agents.
• Track candidate status, joining confirmations, dropouts, replacements, and deployment timelines.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable labour, immigration, and overseas recruitment regulations.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in international blue-collar recruitment.
• Must have an existing and active network of recruitment agents and manpower suppliers.
• Proven experience in sourcing and deploying blue-collar workers for overseas markets.
• Knowledge of international recruitment procedures, documentation, and visa processes.
• Ability to work under recruitment targets and tight deployment deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Experience recruiting for GCC countries, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
• Experience handling bulk hiring and urgent manpower requirements.
• Existing relationships with trade-specific sourcing agents and local manpower contractors.
