BMS Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Must have practical experience in BMS installation work.
• Knowledge of BMS cable laying, pulling, dressing, and termination.
• Experience in cable tray installation and cable routing.
• Knowledge of BMS device installation, including sensors, controllers, thermostats, and other field devices.
• Experience in mounting and fixing BMS devices as per drawings.
• Knowledge of conduit installation and cable management.
• Ability to read BMS layouts, shop drawings, and cable routing drawings.
• Perform device wiring, termination, continuity checks, and basic testing.
• Coordinate with the site engineer and other teams to complete the work on time.
• Follow site safety rules and maintain proper installation quality.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in BMS tray installation, device installation, and cabling.
• Basic knowledge of electrical drawings and BMS systems.
• Ability to work independently at the site.
• Good teamwork and coordination skills.
