Senior Admin and Civil Projects Manager

We are looking for a disciplined, execution-oriented professional to centrally coordinate civil projects, procurement, and administrative operations across our schools. The role requires strong ownership, follow-through, coordination ability, and the capability to independently drive projects to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate civil and infrastructure projects across schools from planning to execution and completion.
• Work closely with civil engineers, contractors, vendors, and school admin officers to ensure timely execution and smooth coordination.
• Identify project bottlenecks proactively and drive resolution independently through regular follow-ups and coordination.
• Manage major purchases and procurement processes including quotations, vendor coordination, negotiations, approvals, and execution tracking.
• Maintain a centralised bird’s-eye view of project progress, timelines, pending issues, and key blockers for management review.
• Ensure proper documentation, cost monitoring, accountability, and timely completion of work.

Candidate Profile

• Strong project coordination, vendor management, and problem-solving skills with a high ownership mindset.
• Ability to independently manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and execution timelines.
• Retired defence personnel preferred. Experience in administration, civil coordination, procurement, infrastructure, or facilities management will be an advantage.

Compensation will align with the candidate’s experience, calibre, and ability to independently manage projects and operations, with flexibility for outstanding profiles.
