Job Summary

We are looking for a Student Support Executive who can handle student queries, provide timely assistance, and ensure a smooth student experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and be comfortable making 100–150 calls per day.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle students’ queries over phone calls and provide accurate information and assistance.
• Make 100–150 calls daily to students for support, follow-ups, and query resolution.
• Help students with platform-related queries, login issues, test series, classes, and other services.
• Maintain records of calls, student queries, and follow-ups using basic computer tools.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required.
• Ensure a positive student experience through polite and professional communication.

Required Skills

• Fluent in Hindi with good verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and data entry.
• Comfortable making 100–150 calls per day.
• Patient, polite, and capable of handling student queries effectively.
• Good listening skills and a problem-solving attitude.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
