Warehouse accountant

Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Accountant to manage warehouse-related accounting, inventory records, and stock transactions while ensuring accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain purchase, sales, and stock-related accounting entries.

• Verify inward and outward stock records, invoices, and delivery challans.

• Reconcile physical stock with system records.

• Maintain vendor accounts, payment records, and expense entries.

• Coordinate with warehouse, purchase, dispatch, and accounts teams.

• Prepare stock and inventory reports.

• Assist with GST documentation and other accounting activities.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Tally/BUSY and MS Excel.

• Understanding of inventory accounting and GST.

• Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

• Strong coordination and record-keeping skills.

Pay

₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
