Job Description

Immunosciences is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Warehouse \& Fulfilment to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, dispatch, returns and warehouse management systems.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with EasyEcom, Unicommerce or similar systems and the ability to ensure timely dispatches, accurate inventory records and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including inwarding, GRN, invoicing, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate physical and system inventory through regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Ensure timely order processing and dispatch as per defined SLAs and cut-off times.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO practices and monitor expiry, damage and breakage.
• Manage RTO, customer returns, reverse logistics and inventory reconciliation.
• Operate and maintain warehouse processes using EasyEcom, Unicommerce or similar systems.
• Monitor warehouse productivity, manpower utilization and SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors, courier partners, transporters and marketplace teams.
• Optimize warehouse layout, bin locations, storage zones and picking paths.
• Prepare daily MIS reports covering inventory, dispatches, returns, stock variance and productivity.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to reduce errors, delays and fulfilment costs.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Operations or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or e-commerce fulfilment.
• Hands-on knowledge of EasyEcom, Unicommerce or similar warehouse management systems.
• Strong understanding of GRN, invoicing, inventory management, order fulfilment and RTO.
• Good command of MS Excel, inventory reconciliation and MIS reporting.
• Strong coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage daily operational targets and dispatch deadlines.
