Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills (C1 Proficiency)

Min 6 Months Experience in International BPO - Chat Only

Note

Do not line-up candidates with Non-BPO / Domestic process experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through chat support channels

• Address customer queries with professionalism and empathy

• Deliver premium customer experience with quick and accurate resolutions

• Adhere to quality and compliance standards

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions

Salary Structure

6 Months - 12 Months - In hand 24k + 3k (After Training) - 26k + 3k (After Training)

13 Months - 24 Months - In hand 28k + 4k (After Training) - 29k + 4k (After Training)

24 Months+ - Upto 32k + 4k (After Training)
