Order Dispatch and Customer Care Executive

Studio Covers \| Ecotech 6, Kasna, Greater Noida (On-site, Full-time)

You’ll get every order packed, shipped and delivered on time, and you’ll be the first person customers speak to when they need help regarding their orders.

What you’ll do

• Process Shopify and Myntra orders daily and prepare them for dispatch
• Book shipments with courier partners and share tracking with customers
• Follow up on delays, failed deliveries and returns
• Keep dispatch sheets and order records accurate
• Answer customer queries on WhatsApp, email and calls relating to their orders
• Escalate complex issues with clear notes

You should have

• Shopify or Myntra experience preferred
• Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Clear, polite written and spoken English and Hindi
• Strong attention to detail and a calm manner with customers

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
