E-Commerce Manager

About the Role We are looking for a smart, energetic, highly dependable and hands-on E-Commerce Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day marketplace operations and simply get things done . This is not a desk-only or routine data-entry position . The role involves managing online sales operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify and other marketplaces , while also handling the practical operational work required to keep the business running smoothly. You should be someone who is fast with technology, quick to learn new platforms, comfortable with numbers and data, extremely organised, physically and mentally active, and willing to take responsibility rather than wait for instructions for every small task. The right candidate should have the attitude: “If something needs to be done, I will figure it out and get it done.” ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS The candidate must have: 2–4 years of genuine e-commerce marketplace experience Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central Strong working knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub Proven experience in e-listing and catalogue management Excellent computer skills and very good typing speed Minimum 40 WPM typing speed Strong command of Advanced Excel Practical experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, sorting, formulas and data analysis Excellent working knowledge of Google Drive and Google Sheets Experience managing deals, coupons, promotions and marketplace offers Experience handling Amazon/Flipkart support tickets and seller support cases Experience dealing with returns, refunds, claims, disputes and marketplace issues Ability to understand sales reports, inventory reports and marketplace data Experience with order processing and fulfilment Experience with inventory management Familiarity with Shiprocket or similar shipping/fulfilment platforms Working knowledge of Shopify orders and backend operations Fluent Hindi and English communication Ability to learn new software, platforms and technologies very quickly The candidate must also be: Smart • Dedicated • Hard-working • Responsible • Organised • Proactive We are looking for someone who can crack problems, learn quickly and get on with the work , rather than someone who needs constant supervision.
