Telecaller

Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries. Explain company products, services, and offers. Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets. Maintain customer information and call records. Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the sales team. Handle customer queries professionally and politely. Skills and QualificationsGood communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel. Strong convincing and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work toward targets. Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate preferred.
