THE ROLEYou'll be the backbone of our gym operations, managing daily activities and ensuring our members have the best experience possible. Your responsibilities will include: Member engagement: Handle enquiries, onboarding, support and follow-ups Team leadership: Supervise trainers, front-desk staff and support team to build high performance Facility management: Ensure equipment and facilities remain clean, safe and well-maintained Operations: Track daily activities, prepare reports and manage administration Growth: Support membership growth and member retention initiatives WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR6+ years of experience in gym or fitness centre management Confident communicator with strong leadership and problem-solving skills Punctual, organized and comfortable managing daily operations Basic computer skills for attendance, reports and membership software Quality team player who can build and motivate a strong team Fitness knowledge is a plus, but not required Graduate qualification preferred WHAT WE OFFERA supportive team environment, clear opportunities for growth, a fitness-focused workplace and competitive compensation.
