Candidates will assist customers in exploring suitable financial products, generating leads, explaining basic eligibility requirements, and helping with the application process through authorized banking and financial partners. • Generate customer leads through phone calls, online inquiries, and other permitted channels.
• Contact prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
• Explain loan products, basic eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and application procedures.
• Assist customers with application forms and document collection.
• Coordinate with authorized banks, NBFCs, and financial partners.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and application status.
• Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.
• Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships. Required Skills
• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use smartphones and online forms.
• Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
• Willingness to learn about loans, credit cards, and banking products.
• Target-oriented attitude and a positive approach.
