Restaurant Captain

We are looking for a well-presented, professional, and customer-oriented Captain / Steward to join our hotel and restaurant team. Responsibilities: Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely food service. Supervise stewards and maintain smooth restaurant operations. Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards. Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally. Maintain service quality and guest satisfaction at all times.
