Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive with strong experience in telecalling, lead follow-up, customer handling, site visits, negotiation, and closing plot/property sales.The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with customers, understanding their requirements, consistently following up on leads, arranging site visits, and converting interested prospects into successful bookings. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming and assigned real-estate leads.Call customers and understand their property requirements.Follow up with leads consistently through phone and WhatsApp.Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, amenities and investment potential clearly.Qualify serious and potential buyers.Schedule and coordinate customer site visits.Attend customers during site visits when required.Handle customer questions and objections professionally.Negotiate with customers and work towards closing the sale.Follow up after site visits until booking or final decision.Maintain proper lead and follow-up records in CRM.Achieve monthly sales and booking targets. Candidate Requirements: 3 to 7 years of sales experience.Preference will be given to candidates with direct experience in Real Estate, Plot Sales, Land Sales, Residential Property or Property Development companies.
