Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers in the pharmaceutical, chemical, engineering, and process industries.
• Visit customer sites and meet maintenance, purchase, and project teams.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mechanical seal solutions.
• Collect technical application details and coordinate with the design team.
• Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on orders.
• Develop business relationships with pump and agitator OEMs.
• Identify opportunities for mechanical seal spares, refurbishment, and maintenance services.
• Maintain customer visit reports, sales records, and CRM updates.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor competitor activities.
