Pings Café Orient, an Asian restaurant specializing in Asian, Chinese, Thai, Seafood is looking for an experienced and passionate DCDP to join our kitchen team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting the CDP/Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations, preparing and cooking dishes according to standard recipes, maintaining food quality and presentation, ensuring proper mise en place, monitoring food storage and hygiene standards, and guiding junior kitchen team members. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Asian/Chinese/Thai cuisine, strong kitchen discipline, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
