About Repair Lab India

Repair Lab India specializes in electronics repair, PCB-level troubleshooting, industrial electronics servicing, and component-level diagnostics. We are expanding our technical team and looking for a skilled PCB Repair Technician who is passionate about electronics troubleshooting and repairing complex electronic circuits.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair faulty Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) at the component level.

Identify defective electronic components, including ICs, MOSFETs, diodes, capacitors, resistors, and power components.

Perform soldering, desoldering, SMD rework, and through-hole component replacement.

Troubleshoot power supply circuits, control boards, and electronic assemblies.

Use digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, bench power supplies, and other diagnostic instruments.

Read circuit diagrams, PCB layouts, component markings, and datasheets.

Conduct functional testing and quality checks after repairs.

Maintain repair records, document faults, and ensure proper handling of customer equipment.

Follow ESD precautions and laboratory safety procedures.

Required Skills

Practical experience in PCB troubleshooting and component-level repair.

Good understanding of analog and digital electronics.

Hands-on experience with soldering stations, hot-air rework stations, and SMD components.

Ability to identify electronic components and understand their functions.

Basic knowledge of power supply circuits and electronic control boards.

Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.

Educational Qualifications

ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Candidates with relevant hands-on repair experience and demonstrable practical skills will be preferred.
