Job Summary

Felix Hospital is looking for an experienced and competent Medical Superintendent to oversee hospital operations, ensure quality patient care, maintain regulatory compliance, and coordinate clinical and administrative functions.

Educational Qualification & Experience

MBBS from a recognized medical institution.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Medical Superintendent (MS).

Prior hospital experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and clinical administration.

Ensure high standards of patient care, patient safety, and clinical quality.

Supervise and coordinate doctors, nursing staff, and other healthcare departments.

Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and statutory requirements.

Monitor clinical protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety standards.

Coordinate with HODs and department heads to improve operational efficiency.

Handle patient grievances, clinical escalations, and administrative issues.

Support hospital accreditation, audits, quality improvement initiatives, and documentation.

Required Skills

Strong leadership and hospital administration skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.

Understanding of hospital operations and regulatory compliance.
