Head Cashier (Hospitality Expertise is Mandatory)

Role Overview (Hospitality Experience is Mandatory along with Hands on Petpooja Software)

The Head Cashier will be responsible for managing all guest billing, POS transactions, payment collections, and daily cash reconciliation at BeeYoung Brewgarden. The role requires strong numerical accuracy, financial discipline, attention to detail, and a guest-centric approach to ensure smooth and efficient billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & POS Operations

• Process all guest bills and POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Verify orders, quantities, pricing, discounts, taxes, and applicable offers before final settlement.
• Ensure timely and accurate receipt generation and bill closure.
• Coordinate with the service and bar teams to resolve order or billing discrepancies.

Cash & Payment Management

• Handle cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other digital payment modes securely.
• Maintain accurate cash and payment records throughout the shift.
• Conduct daily cash and POS reconciliation with minimal to zero variance.
• Ensure proper handover of cash and transaction records at shift closure.

Revenue & Process Control

• Ensure compliance with approved billing, discount, void, cancellation, and cash-handling procedures.
• Monitor transactions to identify billing errors, unauthorized discounts, duplicate entries, or potential revenue leakages.
• Immediately report discrepancies, system issues, or unusual transactions to the reporting manager.
• Maintain complete and accurate billing records for audit and management review.

Guest Service

• Handle guest billing queries professionally and resolve concerns promptly.
• Ensure a smooth, accurate, and hassle-free checkout experience.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach while managing high-volume billing periods.

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare daily sales, collection, cash, card, and digital payment summaries as required.
• Submit accurate reconciliation reports within defined timelines.
• Support management during audits, financial checks, and periodic reconciliation exercises.

Preferred Profile

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Cashier, POS Executive, Billing Executive, or similar role, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, bars, or breweries.
• Education: Graduate/12th pass; Commerce or Hospitality background preferred.
• Systems: Practical knowledge of POS systems, billing software, MS Excel, and basic reporting.
• Industry Preference: Candidates with prior F&B/hospitality experience will be preferred.

Pay

₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
