Experience & Skills Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management, primarily Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra.

Expertise in product listing, catalogue management, A+ Content and Brand Store creation.

Strong knowledge of payment reconciliation, settlements, claims, returns and account management.

Experience in creating and managing product video creatives, promotional content and advertising campaigns.

Expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks and achieve business targets.

Strong interest in women’s fashion accessories, artificial jewellery, hair accessories and related products.

Capability to lead, manage and supervise a team, assign responsibilities and monitor performance.

Strong decision-making, high pressure work skills.

Experience in increasing sales, improving product visibility, optimizing advertising costs and driving profitability.

Working Conditions

Office Timing

09 AM to 07 PM.

Working Duration

10 hours per day

Weekly Off

Weekends off.

Work Location

Swaroop Nagar, Delhi (Work from Office).

Two-Wheeler Mandatory

Candidates residing outside Swaroop Nagar must have their own two-wheeler for commuting.

Salary & Eligibility Criteria

Salary Hike

Up to 40% hike on the previous salary, depending on experience, skills, eligibility and interview performance.

Salary Verification: Shortlisted candidates must provide their last 6 months’ salary slips and relevant bank statements for salary verification.

Proposed Salary Structure

70% Salary: Paid monthly as regular salary.

30% Retention Component: Proposed to be paid after successful completion of 1 year of continuous employment, subject to a legally compliant written agreement.

Final salary will be decided based on marketplace expertise, leadership ability and overall performance.

Preferred Candidate

Self-motivated, responsible and result-oriented.

Able to manage marketplace operations without continuous supervision.

Capable of independently handling sales, advertising, listings, reconciliation and team operations.

Passionate about growing a women’s fashion accessories and artificial jewellery e-commerce brand.
