Job Description

We are looking for a smart, well-organised and presentable Executive Assistant to support the management of a jewellery store.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative and coordination activities.

Handle calls, emails, appointments and follow-ups.

Coordinate with clients, staff and vendors as required.

Maintain records, documents and reports.

Assist management with day-to-day tasks and schedules.

Ensure smooth coordination between different departments.

Handle confidential information professionally.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

Well-organised, proactive and presentable.

Prior experience in jewellery, luxury retail or retail will be preferred.
