Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and handle walk-in enquiries, calls, and WhatsApp queries.
- Explain membership plans, packages, and class schedules.
- Manage registrations, renewals, payments, and member records.
- Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth daily operations.
- Follow up with prospective members and handle customer queries.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-oriented attitude and organisational skills.
- Prior experience in front office, customer service, or fitness operations is preferred.
