Key Responsibilities

Lead Calling

Make outbound calls to provided leads from the company database to pitch property options.

Client Handling

Understand customer requirements, answer queries, and maintain healthy client relationships.

Follow-ups

Keep track of interested clients with regular, professional follow-ups.

Site Visit Conversions

Convince prospective buyers and successfully convert telephonic leads into physical project site visits.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 3+ months of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Inside Sales (Real Estate experience is a plus). Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a sales mindset can also apply.

Communication

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Skills

Strong convincing power, active listening, and a resilient sales mindset.

Availability

Ready to work from our office located in Sector 69, Gurugram.
